Touched by Angels

Lester Sumrall may have moved on to the afterlife, but his teachings and writings continue to enrich and educate. Aside from the Faith & Action series book Revelation and Daniel (with marvelous illustrations by Pat Marvenko Smith), I'm presently reading this reprint from the Sumrall catalogue -- Angels to Help You. It's being sold in Christian book outlets like Philippine Christian Book Store, OMF (located along Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City), and Shepherd's Staff (Greenbelt 1 Mall).

Brethren, if you're a regular book buyer, consider this as pick of the month. Angels to Help You has all the necessary and useful information about those fascinating winged beings; their incredible ministry, their immense powers, and their intense devotion to the Godhead.

Forget what the less reliable authors tell you. Dr. Sumrall enumerates with a certain conviction the orders of God's angels based on Scripture: 1. Archangels, 2. Cherubim, 3. Seraphim, 4. Living Creatures, 5. Watchers, 6. Thrones, 7. Dominions, and 8. Principalities/Powers.

Of course, the list above excludes the Fallen--Lucifer, Appolyon, Legion, and their ilk.
