Papable?

Next pope? Nope.
The man whose photo you see below is not a candidate for the papacy; besides, Reverend Isagani Deslate is too young and... (hey, c'mon!) he's a Protestant.
Anyway, a day before John Paul II died, Rev. 'Gane' Deslate gave a most wonderful sermon about servitude. The title of his preaching at National City United Church, Q.C. (which he pastors, by the way) was "The Mind of a Servant," from Philippians 2:1-11.
Aside from being a shepherd for the United Church of Christ in the Philippines, Pastor Gane is a professor, Bible translator, and author of the homiletic collection Touching All of Life. He is working on his second book project, among other things.

Prayer Warrior

So, what does it mean to be a mighty man of prayer?...

Well, good ol' Dr. Harold Sala has given a great sermon from his book Heroes, titled "Prayer Muscles: Tapping Into God's Power." Just touch those hot keys and access into Men of Integrity.net; and be blessed (surely!) by Dr. Sala's sharing.

Dr. Sala, by the way, will be the special guest speaker at Christ's Commission Fellowship (CCF) this Sunday, April 3 (morning service/s). CCF is located at St. Francis Square, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.

Just for your info, Young Stag Mag readers--CCF is where my dear discipler Enrique G. Sarthou pastors...
